Entry Restrictions

The 2024 Longmont Airshow takes place at Longmont’s Vance Brand Airport and visitors are required to follow the rules and restrictions outlined on this page. Failure to do so will result in being denied entry onto airport premises.

Important Reminders:

Absolutely NO SMOKING on the Airshow ramp or spectator area.

All carry-in items and persons are subject to search as a condition of entry. No exceptions.
All unattended bags and items will be removed from the premises.
Surveillance equipment is in use to monitor the facilities and grounds.
No overnight RV parking is permitted.
ATMs will not be available on-site.
Airshow concession stands (food trucks) will feature a wide variety of food and beverage options.
The airshow will only permit the entry of small coolers containing water. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Prohibited Items:

No e-cigarettes
No laser pointers
No ladders or step stools
No heelys
No UAVs or drones
No glass
No alcohol brought-in
No pets (service animals excepted)
No weapons of any kind
No bicycles (bicycle parking will be available near the entry gate)
No scooters (except for physically-challenged persons)
No skateboards, one-wheels, roller-blades, or inline skates
No balloons 
No large umbrellas (beach umbrella style)
No portable awnings or tents

Permitted Items:

Water brought in small coolers (no large coolers)
Snacks or food required for individual dietary restrictions
Personal umbrellas
Portable chairs/backpacking chairs – DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED
Cameras, phones, and video cameras
Baby strollers
Baby food
Non-motorized wagons
